We asked our Livin in Vegas community who has the best BBQ in Las Vegas. The Desert Southwest has always had our own brand of cooking. We’re famous for Texmex and Mexican fare, but don’t’ let the desert surroundings fool you into thinking we can’t produce some world-class smoked brisket, or pulled pork.
Las Vegas has some of the best fair on the planet. It shouldn’t surprise you that not only are we famous for the classic Shrimp Cocktail but we also have our fair share of BBQ enthusiasts.
Among the most notable practitioners of the culinary arts are Guy Fieri and Chef Wulgang Puck, but we’re here to talk about BBQ. And yes, to be sure we have as many 5Star rated Pitmasters as any location nationally.

With the official full season, full capacity launch of the Las Vegas Raiders, the community has found another reason to fire up their grills and roast full course meals via tailgates. Tailgating will become the next buffet in a city that is famous for putting out lavish spreads.
So whether your favorite is Brisket, Pork or Beef, Memphis or Carolina, Vegas is the new place to quench your insatiable desire for all things BBQ. Who knows there may be one on our list you’ve been waiting to hear about.
